Volunteer Opportunities

Freedom From Bondage Ministries could not function without the help of our wonderful volunteers! Our current Volunteer Staff consists of:

Volunteer Suggessted Committees and Responsibilities

JOB TITLE		JOD DESCRIPTIONS
HOSPITALITY/USHERS		> Greet Guests, hand-out programs and assist as needed
RECEPTION		> Plan and organize reception (refreshment menu)
DECORATION		> Seek sponsorship from a local floral shop -Create Event Banner
OUTREACH		> Appeal to women of all ages > Phoebes Home > BVCASA
PUBLICITY		> Promote awareness of the event through a variety of public media coverage > KBTX, Eagle, Radio, Letters, Flyers etc.
PROGRAM		> Draft the program
ACCOMODATIONS		> Identify event facility and reserve > Check technical equipment and stage furniture > Restroom facilities > Piano, audio equipment > Video personnel
BUDGET & FINANCE		> Manage budget and finance > Maintain accurate accounting records of funds and disbursements > Establish a bank account > Follow-up on business sponsors withstanding > All budget requests must be submitted to budget committee in accordance with timeline > Submit Projected Budget to Steering Committee > Prioritize Budget Request/Operate within the black > Keep records of all donations currency and non currency
